You may have seen it in our showroom, but we recently received an ICONIC, beautiful, 1960 VW Beetle in on trade and we are loving having it in our presence here at our stores on Commercial Drive in Yorkville! Did you have, or currently have a VW Beetle? We’d love to see a photo of you with yours! 

A few fun facts about the VW Beetle from this year: 

-Pushbutton door handles were a big change for this model

-The 1960 VW Beetle cost $1,565, the convertible started out at $2,055!

-The Beetle alone had been responsible for VW’s success in the industry.

-The 1960 models received a front and anti roll bar along with hydraulic steering damper.

We have been Certified by the NIADA for a few months now, but what does that mean for you? We now perform an extensive 125-point inspection on all of our preowned inventory in stock at United Auto Sales! Please note: while we share inventory with our new car stores in the Steet Ponte Auto Group, we only certify vehicles that our in OUR inventory. However, the preowned vehicles from our new car stores can be certified by them as well. So basically, you’re covered in all regards! 

The certified vehicles in our inventory come with a 90-day/3,000 mile warranty by the NIADA as well! Browse our inventory, we have over 350 vehicles in stock ranging from preowend cars, trucks, SUV’s, vans, and even luxury and hard to find vehicles! Don’t forget, if you don’t see what you’re looking for, our Wholesale Team can find it for you at the auctions we attend weekly!
